1. We Kick Off Your 14 Day Floor Plan Review

We spend 15-30mins together on Zoom going through your brief document to make sure I know all the details and specifics that you want in your home!

2. Concept Options

Following the Kick Off and information received;  Within 5 days I’ll send you 4-5x layout options to consider—each sent on an online mark up tool so you can review with comments easily!

3. Feedback & Refinement

You’ll have 7 days to review, ask questions and provide feedback. Note down what you like, dislike and want to see more of (eg. “I love option A kitchen but prefer option B master bedroom”). Then we jump on a consultation feedback call to discuss all of your thoughts and go through in detail what suits your space best. We refine your chosen layout (I can also explore 2x variations if needed) and complete a dimensioned plan.

Note - This feedback call is pre scheduled on the Monday 10x days after we Kick Off. These are only run on Mondays

4. Final Plan Delivery (14 DAY)

At the end of the 14x days and following the feedback session you will  receive a detailed, dimensioned floor plan showing the full scope of works—what’s being demolished, what’s new, and exactly how your space will function. This plan gets you reno ready and builder confident!

OPTIONAL Add-On - Next steps and once you’re ready:

●      Kitchen Details: We progress elevation drawings of your kitchen layout—perfect for understanding your storage, bench space and planning finishes.

●      Reno Ready CAD Plan: A full CAD drawing of your plan is completed —ready for builder quoting or internal renos without council approvals.

The goal is for you to walk away with a plan you can’t wait to build. We will work through the details until you're absolutely happy! It’s a small investment into something that will ultimately improve your lifestyle and add value to your house.
