Bourke Duplex Project - Concept to Design Development

This bayside block has been re-designed to incorporate a shared wall 2 storey duplex. We have maximised the depth of the site to provide a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that maintains an expansive feeling with internal courtyard and multiple living areas.
