  • Via a 30min zoom call, you will receive an overview on where to start and how to achieve your renovation goals.

    You will hear the biggest mistakes people make with their layouts and how to avoid them.

    You will see how Brie review’s peoples layouts first hand with one demonstrated in person (a layout is selected at random out of the attendees).

    Brie will explain her 14DAYFLOORPLAN process and all the details involved.

    Finally, Q&A is opened up for all to ask any renovation / layout queries!

  • What would it cost you if you didn’t get it right? Getting your floor plan reviewed could make or break your project. It could result in a small change to a layout that may save you thousands. I review with experience on the job and understand time, cost and quality with your specific needs in mind. I don’t want you waking up in the morning and living with something you wish you’d done differently - trust me there are a lot of decisions to make. Renovating is also sometimes problematic where understanding how things are built can assist. Why wouldn’t you spend a little extra to ensure you are getting the best out of your project?

  • Not at all! The Free Floor Plan Review session can be about what you might like to create and then a tailored service can be provided to develop your dream home.

    The initial free review is to assist in challenging your floor plan and gives you ideas on how to do things differently via a 15min zoom call. There is no plan provided at the end but steps on how we can get there.

    If you're keen to develop the ideas and see your space transformed, you can sign up to the Layout Level up Service. This is the comprehensive layout service provided at a fraction of the cost of value it provides. You walk away with a detailed plan to take to a builder or drafter and get cracking!

  • The total cost of the complete service is $1,400.

    An invoice will be sent to your mailbox for ease of service.
